Mute accounts you want to keep following but not see often
Remove liked posts and saved posts that no longer fit your preferences
Interact more with content you want Instagram to show you
Stop engaging with content you want to reduce
Clear app cache on Android
Reinstall the Instagram app
Log out and log back in
Review and update sensitive content controls
Reset ad interests in your Meta ad settings
Use a new account if you want a completely fresh feed
