Turn off the water supply to the sink
Disconnect the supply lines and drain pipes
Remove the old sink and clean the countertop opening
Check that the new sink fits the opening
Install the faucet and any accessories on the new sink
Apply plumber’s putty or silicone sealant around the sink edge
Set the new sink into the opening
Secure the sink with the mounting clips or brackets
Reconnect the drain assembly and trap
Reconnect the water supply lines
Turn the water supply back on
Check for leaks at all connections
Tighten fittings or reseal if needed
