How To Lobster Tail?

Thaw lobster tails in the refrigerator if frozen

Preheat the oven to 425°F

Use kitchen shears to cut the top shell lengthwise down the center

Gently pull the meat upward and rest it on top of the shell

Brush the meat with melted butter

Season with salt, pepper, and optional garlic or paprika

Place the tails on a baking sheet

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, depending on size

Check for opaque meat and an internal temperature of 140°F to 145°F

Serve immediately with lemon and melted butter
