Take a sheet of paper
Fold it in half lengthwise
Fold it in half again lengthwise
Unfold it
Fold the bottom edge up to the center crease
Fold the top edge down to the center crease
Fold the paper in half lengthwise again
Cut or fold the strip into a crown shape with points
Tape or glue the ends together to fit your head
Decorate the crown if desired
