Gather colored paper
Gather scissors
Gather glue or tape
Gather a pencil
Gather markers or crayons
Fold a sheet of paper in half lengthwise
Draw the dragon body shape on one side
Cut out the body shape
Unfold the paper
Cut out wings from another sheet of paper
Fold the wings slightly for shape
Glue or tape the wings to the body
Cut a long strip of paper for the tail
Curl or zigzag the tail
Attach the tail to the body
Cut small triangles for spikes
Glue the spikes along the back
Draw or cut out eyes
Add nostrils with a marker
Add scales with drawn lines or paper pieces
Fold the head slightly to shape it
Let the glue dry
Display the paper dragon
