Gather colored paper, scissors, glue, and a pencil
Cut the paper into petal shapes
Cut a small circle for the flower center
Curl the petal edges slightly with a pencil
Arrange the petals around the center circle
Glue the petals in place
Add more layers of petals if desired
Cut a green strip for the stem
Roll the green strip tightly to form the stem
Attach the stem to the back of the flower
Cut leaf shapes from green paper
Glue the leaves onto the stem
Let the glue dry completely
