Cut a length of wire ribbon

Fold the ribbon into a loop for the first bow side

Twist the ribbon at the center to hold the loop

Make a second loop on the opposite side

Twist again at the center

Repeat until you have the desired number of loops

Leave a long tail on each side if needed

Pinch the center tightly

Wrap floral wire or thin craft wire around the center

Twist the wire securely at the back

Fluff and adjust the loops

Trim the tails at an angle if desired

Secure the bow to your project with wire, glue, or tape
