Cut a length of wired ribbon
Fold the ribbon into two equal loops
Cross the loops in the center
Pinch the center tightly
Twist the center to keep the loops in place
Make additional loops on each side if desired
Secure the center with floral wire, pipe cleaner, or thin ribbon
Fluff and shape the loops
Trim the ribbon tails at an angle or into a V shape
Adjust the wired edges for the final shape
