Cut a long length of ribbon
Fold the ribbon into large loops on both sides
Pinch the center tightly
Wrap a short piece of ribbon or wire around the center
Tie or secure the center firmly
Fluff and adjust the loops
Trim the ribbon ends at an angle or into tails
Attach the bow to your gift or project
