How To Make Chicken Nuggets?

1 lb chicken breast or chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs or panko

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Oil for frying or baking

Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika

Set up three bowls: flour in one, beaten eggs in the second, breadcrumbs in the third

Coat each chicken piece in flour

Dip the floured chicken into the eggs

Coat the chicken in breadcrumbs

Repeat for all pieces

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the nuggets until golden brown and cooked through

Or place the nuggets on a baking sheet, spray with oil, and bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through

Or air fry at 400°F for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking halfway through

Serve hot with dipping sauce
