How To Make Cold Brew?

Choose coarse ground coffee (about 1:8 to 1:10 coffee to water by weight)

Add coffee to a cold brew pitcher or jar

Add cold or room-temperature water

Stir to ensure all grounds are fully saturated

Cover and steep in the refrigerator for 12 to 18 hours

Strain through a fine mesh sieve, paper filter, or coffee filter

Optional: strain again for a clearer brew

Serve over ice or dilute to taste with water or milk

Store in the refrigerator and use within 3 to 7 days
