Cut chicken breasts into even strips
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
Set up three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs or panko
Dredge each strip in flour
Dip each strip in egg
Coat each strip in breadcrumbs or panko
Press the coating onto the chicken to help it stick
Let the coated tenders rest for 10 to 15 minutes
Heat oil in a skillet to medium-high or preheat the oven to 425°F
Fry the tenders until golden brown and cooked through
Or bake the tenders on a greased rack until crispy and cooked through
Drain fried tenders on a wire rack or paper towels
Serve hot with dipping sauce
