How To Make Dahi At Home?

Boil 1 liter of milk

Let the milk cool until it is warm, not hot

Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of plain curd as starter

Mix gently and well

Cover the container

Keep it in a warm place for 6 to 8 hours

Do not move or disturb it while it sets

Check if it has turned into dahi

Refrigerate after it sets

Use the dahi as needed
