How To Make Fries?

Wash and peel potatoes if desired

Cut potatoes into even fry shapes

Soak cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes

Drain and dry the potatoes thoroughly

Heat oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F to 375°F

Fry potatoes in batches until soft and pale

Remove and drain on paper towels

Increase oil temperature to 375°F to 400°F

Fry again until golden and crispy

Remove and drain on paper towels

Season with salt immediately

Serve hot
