How to Make IHOP Pancakes?

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon granulated sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup buttermilk

1 large egg

2 tablespoons melted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl

Whisk buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla in another bowl

Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients

Stir until just combined

Heat a lightly greased skillet or griddle over medium heat

Pour about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake

Cook until bubbles form on the surface and edges look set

Flip and cook until golden brown

Serve warm with butter and syrup
