How to Make KFC Coleslaw?

1/2 head green cabbage, finely shredded

1/4 head red cabbage, finely shredded

1 large carrot, grated

1/4 cup onion, finely minced

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup buttermilk

2 tablespoons milk

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Combine cabbage, carrot, and onion in a large bowl

Whisk mayonnaise, buttermilk, milk, lemon juice, sugar, vinegar, salt, and black pepper until smooth

Pour dressing over vegetables

Toss until evenly coated

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours

Toss again before serving
