1/2 cup peanut butter
2 to 4 tablespoons warm water
1 to 2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice or rice vinegar
1 to 2 teaspoons honey or sugar
1 small garlic clove, minced or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Pinch of salt
Whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, garlic, ginger, and salt together
Add warm water a little at a time until smooth and pourable
Taste and adjust sweetness, saltiness, or acidity
Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed
