How to Make Thai Peanut Sauce?

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 to 2 tablespoons brown sugar or honey

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon grated garlic

1 teaspoon grated ginger

1/4 to 1/2 cup warm water

1 to 2 teaspoons chili sauce or sriracha

Whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, rice vinegar, brown sugar or honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and chili sauce together

Add warm water a little at a time until smooth and pourable

Taste and adjust sweetness, saltiness, acidity, and heat

Serve with noodles, satay, spring rolls, or vegetables
