How To Make Pork Fried Rice?

Cook 2 cups of rice and let it cool completely

Dice 1 pound of pork into small pieces

Season the pork with salt and pepper

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok

Cook the pork until browned and cooked through

Remove the pork from the pan

Add 1 more tablespoon of oil to the pan

Scramble 2 eggs in the pan and set aside

Add chopped onion, garlic, and mixed vegetables to the pan

Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender

Add the cold rice to the pan

Break up any clumps and stir-fry the rice

Add soy sauce and a little sesame oil

Return the pork and eggs to the pan

Mix everything together until heated through

Add sliced green onions

Serve hot
