9 cups Chex cereal
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
Place Chex cereal in a large bowl
Melt chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter together until smooth
Stir in vanilla extract
Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal
Gently stir until evenly coated
Transfer the coated cereal to a large resealable bag or large bowl
Add powdered sugar
Shake or toss until fully coated
Spread on the prepared baking sheet
Let cool before serving
Store in an airtight container
