How to Make Kumara Chips?

Preheat the oven to 200°C

Wash and peel the kumara

Slice the kumara into thin, even chips

Pat the slices dry with a paper towel

Place the slices in a bowl

Add oil and salt

Toss until evenly coated

Arrange the slices in a single layer on a baking tray

Bake for 20 to 30 minutes

Flip halfway through cooking

Remove when golden and crisp

Serve immediately
