Wash, peel, and chop fruit as needed
Cook fruit until soft, if necessary
Blend fruit into a smooth puree
Add sweetener or lemon juice, if desired
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat
Spread puree evenly in a thin layer
Dry in a low oven or dehydrator until no longer sticky
Cool completely
Peel off the fruit leather
Cut into strips
Roll or store in airtight containers
