Rinse 1 to 2 cups of fresh rosemary sprigs or 2 to 4 tablespoons of dried rosemary
Add the rosemary to 2 to 4 cups of water in a pot
Bring the water to a boil
Reduce the heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes
Turn off the heat and let it cool completely
Strain out the rosemary leaves
Pour the rosemary water into a clean spray bottle or jar
Store it in the refrigerator
Use it on the scalp and hair 2 to 3 times a week
Shake well before each use
Discard after 1 to 2 weeks if refrigerated
