How To Make Smoothies?

Choose your base liquid: water, milk, plant milk, yogurt, or juice

Add fruit: fresh or frozen bananas, berries, mango, pineapple, or peaches

Add vegetables if desired: spinach, kale, cucumber, or carrots

Add a protein source if desired: yogurt, protein powder, nut butter, or tofu

Put ingredients into a blender

Blend until smooth

Add more liquid if the smoothie is too thick

Add more fruit or ice if the smoothie is too thin

Taste and adjust sweetness or flavor
