Back up your important files
Plug in the charger
Turn off the laptop
Turn it on and press Alt + F10 repeatedly when the Acer logo appears
Select Troubleshoot
Select Reset this PC
Choose Keep my files or Remove everything
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the reset
If Alt + F10 does not work, press F2 at startup and enable D2D Recovery in BIOS
Save changes and restart
If needed, use Windows Settings
Open Settings
Go to System
Select Recovery
Choose Reset this PC
Follow the on-screen prompts to finish the reset
