If you can, rest in a cool, quiet place
Use an over-the-counter anti-nausea medicine only if it is safe for you
If vomiting starts, lean forward or lie on your side
Seek medical help if you have chest pain, severe belly pain, blood in vomit, signs of dehydration, or symptoms lasting more than 24 hours
