How to Prepare Mushroom Curry?

Heat oil in a pan

Add cumin seeds and let them splutter

Add chopped onions and sauté until golden

Add ginger-garlic paste and cook briefly

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft

Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt

Cook the masala until the oil separates

Add sliced mushrooms and mix well

Cook for a few minutes until mushrooms release water

Add a little water if needed

Cover and simmer until mushrooms are tender

Add garam masala and mix

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves

Serve hot with rice or roti
