Use enough toilet paper to cover your hand
Wipe from front to back
Fold the paper and use a clean section each wipe
Continue wiping until the paper comes away clean
Use wet wipes only if they are safe to flush or dispose of properly
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water afterward
