Plug in your Echo Dot and wait for the light ring to turn orange
If it does not turn orange, press and hold the Action button for about 5 seconds
Release the button when the light ring turns orange
The Echo Dot is now in pairing mode
Open the Alexa app on your phone to complete setup if needed
