How To Recall Email In Outlook?

Open Outlook (desktop app).

Go to the Sent Items folder.

Double-click the email you want to recall.

Select the Message tab.

Click Actions.

Select Recall This Message.

Choose whether to:

Delete unread copies of this message, or

Delete unread copies and replace with a new message.

(If replacing) click Browse to select the corrected message and send it.

Select OK to submit the recall request.
