Go to the Microsoft Refund Request page
Sign in with the Microsoft account used to buy the game
Find the Xbox game purchase in your order history
Select the game and choose Request a refund
Complete the refund form and submit it
Check your email for refund status updates
Wait for Microsoft to review the request
If approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method
If the game was bought through a third party, contact that seller instead
If the purchase is outside the refund policy, the request may be denied
