Check the thickest part of the meat with a food thermometer
Reheat sliced turkey for faster, more even warming
Use the microwave for small portions
Cover the turkey and heat in short intervals
Stir or rotate pieces between intervals
Reheat only the amount you plan to eat
Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours
Do not reheat turkey more than once
