How To Remove A GPU?

Shut down the computer

Turn off the power supply

Unplug the power cable

Press the power button for a few seconds to discharge residual power

Open the computer case

Disconnect any power cables from the GPU

Remove any screws or retention brackets securing the GPU to the case

Release the PCIe slot latch on the motherboard

Hold the GPU by its edges

Pull the GPU straight out of the PCIe slot

Place the GPU on an anti-static surface or in an anti-static bag

Close the case if needed
