Soak hands in warm water for 10 to 15 minutes

Avoid harsh soaps and frequent exposure to hot water
Wear gloves during manual work, lifting, or gardening

Do not cut, shave, or pick at the callus

See a doctor if the callus is painful, cracked, bleeding, or infected
