File the shiny top layer of the dip nails
Soak cotton balls in acetone
Place each acetone-soaked cotton ball on a nail
Wrap each fingertip with foil or use nail clips
Wait 10 to 15 minutes
Check one nail and gently push off softened dip with a cuticle pusher
Rewrap nails that are not ready and soak a few more minutes
Repeat until all dip is removed
Lightly buff any remaining residue
Wash hands
Apply cuticle oil and hand cream
