Open the Phone app
Tap Favorites
Tap Edit
Tap the red minus icon next to the favorite you want to remove
Tap Delete
Tap Done
To remove all favorites, repeat the steps for each contact
To remove a favorite from the Contacts app, open the contact, tap Edit, then remove it from Favorites if available
