How To Remove Membrane From Pork Ribs?

Turn the ribs bone-side up

Slide a butter knife under the membrane at one end of the rack

Lift and loosen the membrane until you can grip it

Use a paper towel to hold the membrane for a better grip

Pull the membrane off in one sheet if possible

If it tears, start again at a loose edge and keep pulling

Trim off any remaining small pieces of membrane

Pat the ribs dry before seasoning or cooking
