Rub lightly until the glue dissolves
Use a plastic scraper or old credit card for thick residue
Avoid metal tools
Do not spray liquid directly onto the laptop
Keep moisture away from ports, keyboard, and vents
Wipe the area with a clean dry cloth
Repeat as needed until the surface is clean
Test any cleaning method on a small hidden area first
Avoid acetone, bleach, and abrasive cleaners
