Turn off the water supply to the faucet
Open the faucet to drain any remaining water
Disconnect the hose and remove any attached fittings
Loosen and remove the retaining nut or screws holding the faucet in place
Remove the old faucet from the wall or pipe connection
Clean the mounting area and inspect the pipe threads or connection
Apply plumber’s tape to threaded connections if needed
Install the new faucet onto the connection
Tighten the retaining nut or screws securely
Reconnect the hose and any fittings
Turn the water supply back on
Check for leaks and tighten connections if necessary
