Turn the thermostat to the Off position
Remove the thermostat from the wall plate if needed
Remove the batteries
Wait 30 seconds to 1 minute
Reinsert the batteries
Reattach the thermostat to the wall plate
Turn the thermostat back on
Press and hold the Reset button if your model has one
Use the menu to find Reset or Factory Reset if your model has a touchscreen
Confirm the reset when prompted
Reprogram the settings after the reset
