Go to iforgot.apple.com
Enter your Apple ID email address
Follow the on-screen steps to verify your identity
Choose a trusted device or trusted phone number if prompted
Enter the verification code sent to your device or number
Create a new Apple ID password
Sign in again with the new password on your Apple devices
If you cannot access your trusted device, choose another recovery option on the screen
If needed, reset the password from an iPhone, iPad, or Mac signed in to your Apple ID
On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings, tap your name, then Password & Security, then Change Password
On Mac, go to System Settings, click your name, then Password & Security, then Change Password
