You cannot view your Apple ID password in plain text
If you are signed in on an iPhone or iPad, go to Settings
Tap your name
Tap Sign-In & Security
Tap Change Password to reset it
If you saved it in iCloud Keychain, go to Settings
Tap Passwords
Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or passcode
Search for the Apple ID website or related saved login
If you use a Mac, open System Settings
Click Passwords
Authenticate with your Mac password or Touch ID
Search for the saved Apple ID login
If you forgot the password, go to iforgot.apple.com
Follow the steps to reset your Apple ID password
If you are already signed in on a trusted device, use that device to change the password
If you cannot access a trusted device, use account recovery on iforgot.apple.com
