Press and hold the setup button on the back of the Ring Doorbell for 15–20 seconds
Release the button when the front light starts flashing
Wait for the device to restart
Open the Ring app
Tap the three lines (menu)
Tap Devices
Select your Ring Doorbell
Tap Remove Device
In the Ring app, tap Set Up a Device
Scan the QR code on the device or enter the setup code
Follow the on-screen steps to reconnect and complete setup
