Press the Home button on the remote
Go to Settings
Select General
Select Reset
Enter the PIN
Confirm the reset
Wait for the TV to restart and complete the setup
If you do not know the PIN, use the default PIN 0000
If the TV is frozen, unplug it from power for 60 seconds and plug it back in
If needed, perform a factory reset from the TV’s support or self-diagnosis menu depending on the model
