Locate the reset button on the back or bottom of the Xfinity router
Power on the router
Press and hold the reset button for 10–15 seconds
Release the reset button
Wait 2–5 minutes for the router to restart and come back online
Reconnect your devices using the router’s Wi‑Fi name and password (or the label on the router)
