How To Roast Tofu?

Press the tofu for 15–30 minutes to remove excess moisture

Cut the tofu into cubes, slabs, or triangles

Pat the tofu dry

Toss the tofu with oil

Add seasonings such as salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, soy sauce, or cornstarch

Preheat the oven to 400°F to 425°F

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly oil it

Spread the tofu in a single layer with space between pieces

Roast for 25–35 minutes, flipping halfway through

Roast until golden brown and crisp on the edges

Serve immediately or add to your dish
