Open Instagram and go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Tap Archive
Open the live video you want to save
Tap the three-dot menu
Select Save or Download
If prompted, choose where to save the video
Wait for the video to finish saving
Check your phone’s gallery or files app for the saved video
