Press PrtScn to copy the entire screen to the clipboard
Press Windows key + PrtScn to save the entire screen as a file in Pictures > Screenshots
Press Alt + PrtScn to copy the active window to the clipboard
Press Windows key + Shift + S to open Snipping Tool and select a screen area
Open Snipping Tool from the Start menu to capture a screenshot
Use the Game Bar with Windows key + Alt + PrtScn to capture in supported apps and games
Paste clipboard screenshots into Paint, Word, or another app with Ctrl + V
