You cannot view your current Instagram password in the app or website
If you are already logged in, go to your Instagram profile and change your password in Settings
If you forgot your password, use the Forgot password? option on the login screen
Enter your email, phone number, or username to receive a reset link or code
Check your email or SMS and follow the password reset steps
If your account is linked to Facebook, use Facebook login recovery if available
If you saved your password in a browser or password manager, check there
On iPhone, check saved passwords in Settings > Passwords
On Android, check saved passwords in your Google Password Manager
On Chrome, check passwords in the browser’s password manager
If you suspect your account was compromised, secure your email account first
Enable two-factor authentication after resetting your password
