Verify that Windows 11 Pro is installed
Open Task Manager and check that virtualization is enabled under Performance > CPU
Restart the PC and enter BIOS or UEFI setup
Enable Intel VT-x, AMD-V, or SVM mode
Enable Second Level Address Translation if available
Save BIOS or UEFI changes and restart
Open Windows Features
Select Hyper-V
Select Hyper-V Management Tools
Select Hyper-V Platform
Click OK
Restart the PC when prompted
Open Start
Search for Hyper-V Manager
Open Hyper-V Manager
Select the computer name in the left pane
Click Virtual Switch Manager
Create an External, Internal, or Private virtual switch
Click New in Hyper-V Manager
Select Virtual Machine
Follow the wizard to create a virtual machine
Assign memory, storage, and networking settings
Attach an operating system ISO file
Start the virtual machine
Complete the operating system installation
Use Hyper-V Manager or Windows PowerShell to manage virtual machines
